Thanks to university I didn't manage to read all that many books last year (actually I spent most of my time writing assignments and crying, usually simultaneously). But, I have resolved that 2016 shall be different. No matter how many assignments come raining down to crush my hopes and dreams I shall rise above it and read as many books for my own amusement as I can manage (well that's the current plan anyway.)
A couple of months ago, my friend Louisa sent me a 2016 reading challenge, and with a few additions of my own, I have decided to give it a go.
The plan, is to select and read a book for each category, then write and post a book review.
The list is as follows:

- o A National Book Award winner
- o A YA bestseller
- o A book you haven’t read since highschool

I'm not planning on read the list in any particular order, I just have to read something that sort of vaguely fits into each category.
Hopefully I actually manage to finish it before the end of the year. Hopefully...
